Cleaning Knowledge and Skills NCFE Level 2 Certificate

This distance learning course will enable you to gain additional skills and a qualification without disrupting your day-to-day life. You will have access to specialist support from dedicated tutors throughout the programme.

Course content

This qualification will help learners develop their knowledge and understanding of the skills required for working in the cleaning sector. It will also allow learners to progress to higher level learning and eventual employment. The objective of this qualification is to help learners to develop a range of underpinning knowledge in both generic and specialist cleaning principles and meet the needs of learners who work or want to work in the cleaning sector; covering units such as Health and safety and Infection control.

Assessment methods

Learners will be provided with a resource pack with assessment booklets to complete.

Additional information

Please note that an administration charge of £100 will be charged if learners do not complete the course within the allocated 16 weeks.
